Supplement of our conditions of delivery and payment conditions
Our general terms of business and terms of delivery apply to all deliveries. Delivery occurs in general only against precash and cash on delivery. The customer agrees with the fact that everything are taped from the business connection coming and to us to transmitted data.

Goods returns
Returns must occur basically freight-free. We refuse the acceptance of goods returns which are sent back without our explicit approval to us. Such broadcastings go back to the sender. With justified claims we substitute for the postage.For perfectly delivered goods costs are drawn off with returns between 10 and 25% of the goods value, at least however, 13.00 €, from the credit amount.
Nevertheless, special orders are basically excluded from the exchange!

Prices
Orders are closed basically on the base of our actual prices. This applies also if prices have not changed on the basis of rate of exchange fluctuations or more different of calculable risks for us within the validity of a price-list in the mood and these changes to the customer are not expressly announced.All list prices are always remaining freely and get on plus the legal value added tax.

Part deliveries
Every part delivery counts as a special trade of itself and is closed as a single business to the abovementioned conditions and terms.
